Sandeep is an ambitious and successful entrepreneur with PlanYourCargo and is now taking his quest to build a global trading house of Indian products. He has over 20 years’ experience in shipping and logistics industry with an expertise in handling high and heavy cargo that gets shipped in breakbulk and container vessels. These years opened a huge network of exporters and importers from various industries willing to join hands for mutual growth and creating new markets for their supplies. With HOTC and alongwith his partner Nayann, Sandeep takes this opportunity to serve the ever growing demand of good quality products from and to India. He will guide the HOTC team with his knowledge in exports, shipping, logistics, sourcing and identifying buyers overseas in various product categories. He is a travel enthusiast and a vigorous reader. In his free time he loves playing with his kids, watching movies and toying with new business ideas. He would love to back like minded and young talent who are willing to explore their quest being an entrepreneur.

Nayann Narnoli

Nayann, a commerce graduate has over 15 years’ experience in Indian Capital market. Covering the stock market has allowed Nayann to gain a comprehensive understanding of different industries, sectors and the economy as a whole. Throughout his career, he has closely monitored the trends and fluctuations in the market – enabling him to make informed decisions on behalf of his FII and DII clients and maximize their returns. HOTC is a leap in his career where he tries his analytical skills to build a successful company in Indian products and serving overseas clients. His deep rooted understanding of different industries will help HOTC to penetrate emerging markets and sectors. His networking and social skills will complement the growth of HOTC globally. He is family oriented and an avid explorer of food. He loves to keep in touch with people and always open to share his views on topics related to equity market and other financial products creating wealth.
